We are at 107 Cameron Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525, serving Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor. Free parking is available on site.
What are your office hours?
We see patients Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 to 11:00 and 2:00 to 5:30, Tuesday from 2:00 to 5:30, and we are closed Friday. Call (970) 682-2667 for a time outside these hours.
How do I become a new patient?
The easiest way to start is our $100 new patient special, which includes a consultation, exam, and report of findings. You can also send a message above and we will reach out to schedule.
Do you take insurance?
We work with Medicare and all major insurance companies. Medicaid and Tricare currently offer no coverage or reimbursement for our care. Contact us and we will verify your benefits before your first visit.
