Do you offer a new patient special?
Yes. New patients can start with a $100 complete evaluation that includes a consultation, painless nerve testing, an orthopedic exam, x-rays if necessary, and a personalized report of findings.
Do you accept insurance?
We work with Medicare and all major insurance companies, and we verify your benefits before you begin. Medicaid and Tricare currently offer no coverage or reimbursement for our treatment.
Is your care non-surgical and drug-free?
Yes. We focus on non-surgical, drug-free options such as spinal decompression, chiropractic care, cold laser therapy, PEMF and rehabilitation. Your provider will first assess whether you are a good candidate.
What conditions do you treat?
Common reasons patients see us include peripheral neuropathy, sciatica and nerve pain, knee pain and osteoarthritis, herniated or bulging discs, spinal stenosis, plantar fasciitis, and back and neck pain.
How much is a DOT physical?
Our DOT and CDL physicals are $90 and are performed by certified medical examiners. Call to schedule a time.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
No referral is required. You can book your evaluation directly online or by phone.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your condition and goals. After your evaluation we will review the findings with you and recommend a plan that fits your situation. There is no obligation to continue.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are at 107 Cameron Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 to 11:00 and 2:00 to 5:30, Tuesday 2:00 to 5:30, and closed Friday.
